Our Story

Rockview Construction wasn’t always known as Rockview Construction. Our construction company started as a privately held development company that worked with real estate investors to develop properties throughout the Lower Mainland. Handpicked and crafted projects were completed all over the Lower Mainland from White Rock to Surrey and North Vancouver, turning properties into impressive modern spaces.

Rockview Construction has a history of building spec homes under our development arm and for select investors.

In late 2019/early 2020, we made the decision to expand into more than just private development, and that’s where the “construction” part comes from in our name.

Then we began branching into the market, catering to clients from all backgrounds and working on a wide array of different projects. Throughout this journey, we transformed into a full-service, turnkey construction company. Clients love working with us because we provide a unique turnkey construction solution meaning we handle everything related to a construction project.

Ajitpal Pannu

Construction Operations
Growing up within a traditional farming family, Ajitpal comes from a background of hard work and pure determination. Ajitpal has worked over 30 years in the construction industry with an even split between residential and commercial sectors. He is currently a licensed Residential Builder through BC Housing. Because of this, Ajitpal is responsible for coordinating labour and materials while making sure our projects are on time and at the highest quality.

Jaideep Pannu

Business Operations
Jaideep has been in and around construction since his childhood. He comes with experience in high-rise commercial construction and renovation construction. Thanks to his action-orientated mindset, Jaideep is responsible for overseeing all phases of our process to make sure customer needs are being met. He also works to establish budgets, timelines, and the procurement of people and materials.
