Together, we will determine your “why, how & what”. We’ll explain our construction process and you’ll find out how our team can bring value to your project

We’ll work to identify potential risks, restraints, existing conditions, and determine how we can be part of your project. At this time, we will also go overestimated costs, commitments, and expectations, along with any questions that you may have.

We provide preliminary documents at this stage and propose our design agreement to move to the next phase.

Once your goals are clear, the design phase commences. We want to help you turn your dream design into a reality, so we work with our clients to create an attainable plan for the project.

Our architects and design professionals commit to effective communication and collaboration, so we can produce a final product that reflects your needs, wants, and desires. Together, we create a complete vision that provides value both now and into the future.

Construction is a challenging environment, with many variables to consider. We understand this and will work hard to provide you with the information you need to make those decisions with confidence.

We will provide you with a full briefing on construction logistics, security, working days and hours, health & safety procedures, waste management and environmental impact.

During this phase, the construction agreement is proposed, which stipulates the fixed price, timeline and scope of work.

ROCKVIEW coordinates this phase with the goals of expediting the permit process, and maximizing construction efficiency. We begin locking in vendors for the construction phase, and begin ordering materials and products.

We believe in construction by the book. There’s a reason we schedule and plan our projects so precisely in the previous phases of the process: we want to deliver to you a project that will last.

This is where the fun begins. You’ll see every detail of your project come together, and get notified when we hit major milestones.

Whether it’s constructing a new home or remodeling your current one, our team and project manager will work with you to ensure that your vision is being met. We pride ourselves on our attention to detail, responsiveness, and all of our employees and partners are licensed, bonded, and insured.

We will be there every step of the way during your project, and we will still be here after it is finished. We understand that there may be concerns and questions long after the project is complete. As a result, we offer our clients our continued services. This means that even once the job is done, we will still be there to take your call or respond to any emails you might send.
